I need help Flipkart refunded approx 46K in feb 2017 instead of Rs 450 
I was very happy but just today got a call from flipkart about this , Today I managed to end the call saying I am busy cant talk right now !! Please help regarding this

The money is still unused and when I enquired from bank manager he told that money have came from flipkart directly and asked what should I do he told not to do anything they wont be able to trace it !! but they did :p

your account wiil ceased with a mail dont play with flipkart you will be trouble and go to jail for 44000₹ as you have seen many time person deposite rs in wrong amount but original buyer get money after FIR and some long process dont spoil your future if you are student
Nothing wrong it was their mistake and the Law and Order will ask to settle under mutual understanding. No FIR as company don’t have right on the amount in his account legally. It is like during demonitization enquiring about fund. It is an Online transfer. Company no more have rights on it.
Hope they offer some compensation

You have 100% rights to negotiate on amount and settle. They have to accept. Do take confirmation vide email whatever is the final word.

My advice would be just pay them back.. Karma is a very bad bi**h you will have to pay a lot (though you won’t notice that it is because of this).

ask them on call to mail you in written from the offical mail id of ceo or accounts department of flipkkart else simply deny also do not do any neft or rtgs directly instead pay via cheque in name of flippkat and account payee cheque since it can be a fraud and some one tryinf to con you on name of flipkart
they can reverse tht credit/chargeback to src. ask them to do this. this is the safest way in case of any fraud.

The bank will have no authority on this to revert or freeze your account.but flipkart can go before a ombudsman/court .but to do that they have to send you notice in letter and email.ask for compensation and settle with flipkart, they will definitely compensate as it is their mistake

This is the way Law and Order works. They directly approached as would save lots of court and settlement expenses.
If you want to refund ask them proper official email and bank payment details before refunding.
We should not transfer. The company will do legally. If transferred to xy and after a month fk turns up what he will do

Mobi did recently. I added 1k but it added twice :p I used 500 and remaining was there in wallet, they deducted. If I had used whole amount then they will put negative amount
just simply refund the amount at least you are getting double of your amount 😜
