I need help Flipkart refunded approx 46K in feb 2017 instead of Rs 450 
I was very happy but just today got a call from flipkart about this , Today I managed to end the call saying I am busy cant talk right now !! Please help regarding this
yes bank can reverse the amount I heard it somewhere but if amount in account is less then how can flipkart reverse it ?
can account go negative ?
if it was a mistake by someone in any flipkart department ,then he/she must have pay the amount from own pocket .
may be he is trying to recover the amount after tracking the. OP . It’s taken enough time like more than 3 months .
Or may be someone from their audit team got to know the mistake and trying to get some benefit .
Refund the amount to original source only .
They wont have the refund credentials, it is with the payment gateway and without it no refund is initiated. If some technical glitch they will contact the gateway not the customer. Yes all banks have the authority by default to do and you have signed up the terms and conditions while opening the account gave them access as it is RBI rule. Technical glitch will be sorted within 1 week of refund. But for OP this was not the case, after 3 months they popped up.

aur tum bhi apne bank manager ko bata k rakhna..
bank account freeze tab hote hai jab flipkart k bank se written mail pe yeh likha nhi hota hai ki uska mistake hai..
aur bank account freeze bank manager he krta hai, agar usko phele se sab pata hoga toh bank account freeze nhi hoga.
mere sath bohot bar ho chuka hai online transaction me mistakely extra refund aana.. 
but ajtak bank account freeze nhi hua, baad me account se debit/reverse ho jata hai..
No bank has right to freeze until FIR is done. No mistake of OP, the payment gateway will do it nothing has to be done from your end OP. confirmed with an official working in RBI today morning. Just ask fk to do it. They pay 1.2% commissions to the payment gateway. They will do. Don’t waste your time and pull your nerves. I am here for support can pm anytime.
@pulkitbolt819 If you feel guilty of having someone’s money then return it else, do not respond to their mails and calls. Do not bother at all until you receive 1st notice from consumer court. Don’t worry about this notice and all, they’ll drop the issue as soon as you return their money back.
You did not do anything illegal. I feel they do not send notice and all, because it is their mistake. If this issue comes out. The company becomes a joke.
And what you’re suggesting is also a joke. Let’s say this was you, to whom Flipkart owes 46k & they say so & so happened with the return.
Now you have returned the product to Flipkart but since they cannot recover money from pulkit, they decide not to refund you the full 46k amount. They give false reason like you returned the product in damaged condition, they have photos as proof with valid timestamp. So can you prove in the consumer forum that the product you returned wasn’t damaged?
The OP should return the money, what if this money was needed by the original customer for some emergency? Will people like you or others suggesting to keep the money want blood on their hands, even if pulkit is not paying someone else will have to pay for his greed, perhaps the Flipkart executive or the person who’s money was not returned. There is no such thing as free lunch or free money, someone eventually has to pay for it.
@pulkitbolt819 Why are you asking for help for fraud? Handle it on your own. Ask for help when you go to jail. There are some lawyers here!

If mistake done by Flipkart why would it have to go to jail
As OP saying he would return the money so I don’t think any problem there
I am shocked to see people asking OP to return money.
If it would have been my account, I would have bought a OP3T from Amazon and recharge all my family accounts till now + DTH also.
And ofcourse,
My primary number as well as bank account would have changed by far.
If it was a rented house in address, that would have changed too.

Just don’t pay even credit card statement say after 7 days no consideration if transaction amount nt match ur charge, nd u can easily say that h hv spent it nd don’t hv it now

Story is developing right now almost 10 days back a person claiming from flipkart visited my home regarding the issue his number when searched on true caller was of HCL jaipur:shock: I told him that I will deposit only when I will get mail from flipkart officials (Suggested by senior dimers):lol: he agreed and moved out and told he will convey this to his manger and I will get a mail and his manger will call me next day !! but no one called 
now today just got a call from landline which searched on truecaller as spam told that they have mailed me regarding this, when I checked no mail was there:roll: she told that when I will deposit amount? I told that first I need mail then I will confirm with flipkart customer care !! she replied that flipkart CC dont know about this 
you will get a mail and again asked when I will deposit the amount let me get mail then I will see !!:-{

My suggestions… do not deposit/transfer funds.
looks like someone is trying to take advantage of this error.
if u really wanna refund tht amt to fk then mail the whole story to flipkart and ask them to take back from ur acct.
also when talking to these guys who r in touch with u, ask them to mail u from their official fk mail ids only. dont share ur email id to them. also ask them to take reverse back from the bank acct.
in any case if req u can authorize this by visiting & contacting ur bank manager.
dont do fund transfer nor desposit. only reverse back option. tell anyone this is huge amt n cant take risk. period.

Do not transfer. Ask them to send email until which you won’t repay. Also inform them if you are arriving next time without prior email you would call cops and also file court case for mental harassment.
mailed them and got a phone call !! told entire scenario!! They told that they have not transferred details to third parties !! and the person who visited was from flipkart only and he took his number also then he asked for exact amount 
and agreed for reverse from bank account ,also told they have blocked many bank accounts !! got a mail also from flipkart(checked the source its original) he told he will call regarding this in next after confirming from his officials and will make a mail from flipkart accounts department regarding this
Its case of Quasi Contract ,you have to return the real owner.
Finally its over with a bank transfer got their confirmation via call and email both + also got FF:cool:

@xuseronline @rajrocks Please help Flipkart have acknowledged that they have got money back via email and phone both but today got a call from Accounts department and they abused me and told that I have not submitted any sort of money as they dont any information for it and told that they will lodge a complaint for fraud in court 
1) Money deposited on time in their account
2) Got confirmation from them several time 3-4 on mail and via phone also
3) Got Flipkart first also
4) have all proof
Now what should I do @hese
fwd all proofs to them n say u have already refunded n they have acknowledged the same. if they harass u going fwd then u will lodge a complaint.
also did u record the call when they abused u?
It seems that being sincere is not a good thing now.
Don’t simply refund on the call ,,,ask for someone to come at your home and take the cheque from flipkart and not any common person from flipkart ask them to send who is known as a member of flipkart,,, who knows it could be fraud ,,don’t transfer the money just with a phone call

Give it back. You earned interest at least on this money for months. I don’t think it is ethical to keep it or delay paying them back
But tell them it will take 7-10 business days to transfer the money as they do in case of refunds
