Help for Onecard addon card closure and apply for Federal CC

I have a Onecard CC with Federal Bank and one addon for my wife. I wanted to apply for another Federal Bank CC, but I encountered an error for both myself and my wife due to her addon card as Federal Bank does not allow another card issuance since we already have a card from them.
.
I am curious if anyone has experience with closing a Onecard addon card and if my wife can apply for a Federal card. Additionally, I would like to know the cooling period required before applying after closure.
