Help in Returning Electronic product in Flipkart plz

Reccently Bought Samsung Tab A 8 (2019) in replacement of Samsung tab a 2015, but compared to the screen quality and size and everything, new tab is not even close to Old tab A.(best in al aspects)
So i want to return it, plz help me, bought with my mother’s money.

If you are returning, and the seller doesn’t have stock then you’ll get an option for refund when you are trying for a replacement.
Sadly you have to select damage/missing accessories.
Not very ethical but same as not giving a customer choice to return something unsuitable.
Worth a try if you are desperate.

sir , you should have researched before buying .
If defective you can get product replacement … otherwise you have to keep the product .
or try selling to friends / family / dimmers for 500-1000 loss .
therefore …. research every time before you buy costly items online .
