Help needed : Amazon Renewed warranty process

Hello,

I have bought Lenovo 110 noise cancellation headset  for 600/- two months ago.

(Renewed) Lenovo 110 Stereo USB-A Headset | Audio and Voice Optimized for Learn & Work from Home | Passive Noise Cancellation : Amazon.in: Computers & Accessories

It stopped working now, This product comes with 6 months seller warranty (Seller name : Appario). 

I tried to contact Amazon, their dumb customer care agent shared brand customer care number (Lenovo) and asked me to call them. I didn't know it was lenovo's number..

Again, contacted amazon customer care, now one more dumb agent gave me a number and he mentioned it as Appario contact. when i tried calling no one is answering.

Anyone claimed warranty for renewed products? If yes please share process / contact numbers.

What happened when you called Lenovo's number? If there is any nearby Lenovo service center, you can take it to them, tell them its under warranty (don't mention about renewed), they will repair it or replace it. If they ask for invoice, show them the edited (remove renewed word) amazon invoice. 😀

haha, let me try with amazon.. if it doen't work then will connect with Lenovo

6 month seller warranty for renewed products (Appario.) is a sham, there is no support number or email ID

same goes for their own products which they sell under their own branding as new like washing machines, headphones etc.?

For echo / fire tv sticks, they offer replacements within warranty period .. but i don't think this will be the case with large appliances (No idea about their local servicing partner)

For echo their person comes at home pickups and gives new device?
Is replacement from echo done from the amazon account thru which it was purchased?or i can buy from you and later raise request myself?

Contact amazon support from same account and they will tell you what to do (Arrange a faulty device pickup or self-ship instructions)

So if bought second hand then no warranty as second hand buyer will have no access to account from where it was purchased?

Never tried.. you can try contacting amazon support from another account + original invoice
