Ok here is it ,
I am working in IT for past 5.5 years. company A is my second and current employer. I have resigned from company A and serving notice period , currently 1 month remaining, Company B is the client for company A and i am working at client location i.e company B. my current ctc is 15LPA( 13 fixed).
I have counter offer from company A for longterm onsite location LONDON , where they min pay is 41500 pounds.PA
I have offer from company B to pull in as permanent company B employee( dont know the new ctc but it will be better than current ctc)
I have one offer in hand of 20LPA(fixed) INR from company C
Now i am confused which offer to select . Please advice based on career/monetary benefits.
I have already consult my family, they said they are happy with what i chose i.e. why i am consulting my second family DIMERS

thanks , i will talk athis about to B . but its like its not 100% guranteed !!! then what is best option????
what also i fear i may face discrimnation and alos ther is too much politics/bureaucratics here!!!I have offer from company A for longterm onsite location LONDON , where they min pay is 41500 pounds.PA – This one.
but that is my current company. I am also inclined to this one though !!! . But idk the expenses in london will i sve anyhing???
If London company’s have good financial record then go for that..
Reasons-
-Exposure to Global Tech, not saying India’s bad in it its one of the best what i am saying here is you would now have experience in working in almost 2 different worlds
-As you mention its Long term secure
-Even after GBP to INR conversion after taxes if u get same money as now its still better
Although who am I to judge and decide have a bit less experience than you and almost half of current package No IT experience
Consider this as Just another random suggestion, Cheers
thanks but its the same company A in london . most probably its is ICT visa
My choice: London… 6months there… enough saving and many new opportunities in UK itself… Mind u, u will have work permit in ur hand and with 6 yrs experience… jobs kithe jayengi….
as far as i researched ICT visa doesnt allow you to switch
B or C
Never go for A, have fallen in trap many times, there is no guarantee, nothing on paper
Personal suggestion is C
You should now stick around the same work place for more than 3-4 years
In C you will have new challenges, new things to learn, have to prove yourself again, which will in turn improve your own skills
If you are going to earn 20lacs per annum you will save the same in onsite after expenses.so better go for that or company B. Company A is never an assured one.
BTW what is your technology and location.. Wondering which companies gives such salaries for 5+.. pm me your company name if you don’t want to share here.just curious
ok but then wont i miss the exp and knowleegde i will earn while working onsite?
Mention a b c in pm
i would suggest , go for “A”
think about nothing else. enjoy your life, You will have opportunity to see entire Europe, without a single thought of burden on your wallet.
I was in similar situation few years ago, (though package amount hugely differed)
If I’m in your situation I would choose On-site offer.
Life in London is very good and I never wanted to come back, due to family issues I came back.
41.5k is basic pay you get for work permit, try for more CTC in on-site if it works then well and good else 41.5k is more than enough for 1st year.
From second year you have to pay NI and taxes
first year no tax? i will try to negotiate ononsite salary
Looks like some of the newbie dimers are going to spoil the OP’s career by suggesting the Option A.
Option A: He will be royally f/suck?d in coming days. He will not even get a chance to apply for Visa (forget about visiting London). No company will give in writing that you will get Visa. They can only ask the employee to submit the passport for Visa application. After that no one cares until he switches his manager by joining new project,
Company B will reject him for ever, if he doesn’t join after getting the offer.
Option B: Company A will raise objections since he is joining their client. If he crosses that hurdle and joins , Company B people will continue to treat him as contractor even after joining as permanent employee since he is NOT a manager cadre.
Option C: He will have to survive mental tension for next one year, since he is supposed to work hard to justify his package. If not, he will be shown the exit doors before one year. He will have to postpone his family plans like, getting married, getting new baby etc for next one year.
.
so what would you suggest him to go for?
@workingdimer Aren’t you just killing time in the name of “help me”?
he and only god knows for sure.
critical thinking of you 🤣
go for B its best. money is not everything, enjoying it together is you should look forward to
