Since last 4 days I am getting error like this. I have called customer care multiple times but it was no help. They keep saying my card is alright and they couldn't find any problem. Told me to update contact details, Enable domestic transaction, set limits etc etc. All those I did anyway again. But still the problem is persisting. Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this issue?

Same issue with a reissued IDBI bank visa DC, helpline clueless... didn't visit branch yet.
System error that can only be resolved by backend team, branch ppl/typical customer care won't be able to help.
