help required in one card opening

I opened FD based one card on Wednesday night around 7 pm but still staus is showing as pending. Unable to contact the customer care.
How to contact them one card . normally it takes less off day for fixed deposit but it is now more than one day. Any one faced this kind of issue.
What to do now ?

Yeah.. It takes around 2 days sometime(payment was made by Gpay). While for one friend who did it with PhonePe got it activated instantly.
