Help Required to pay Surat Muncipal Tax

I have to pay taxes of around 70000 to Surat Municipal Corp.
i tried via gpay, but its showing surat municipal corp (water bill)
Anyone as any idea if it can be paid via gpay ?
Also if i pay via axis ace card normally i will get 2% cashback… right ?
