Help: Tata Neu Blocked My 900 Neu Coins

I wanted to order from BigBasket and 1Mg Today using my Neu Coins then I suddenly Faced an Error.
I contacted Tata Neu their Reply was "Alerts in our system have identified activity in your membership account which conflicts with our Terms and Conditions. While we look into this, please note that you will not be issued Neu Coins for transactions on your membership account until further notice. You can visit the terms and conditions for more information."
My orders from Big Basket and 1mg are all for small amounts. I have only ordered from Croma twice in the past, both times for products less than INR 12,000.
How Can they Unblocked my Account? Anybody, Please Help Me.
Note: Multiple Account
Father's account was twice used in April month maybe (Neu Coins 0)
Mother's account every month for medicine (Neu Coins 66 didn’t Check working or not on any Order)
Own an Account every month for medicine and grocery (Neu Coins 900 Stucked)
Used Croma twice from own ac and one time from mother ac.
I didn’t have a Tata Neu Card

Best resolution is to say TATA BYE BYE
Tataneu offers are negligible and BB prices are much above market prices for many of these items . After TATA takeover offers have literally dried .
Croma I had purchased a small bajaj table fan and believe me I had to write to their CEO office a year back and they delivered in 2 hours after 3 weeks of waiting. The best experience that comes out from tata group os there CEO office's does take complaints pretty serious . I had this experience both offline and online.

Is address exactly same in all accounts?
multiple accounts might be reason for blocking, they may unblock since there is no misuse, Hope u did not order small items loot deals from Bigbasket or 1Mg. BB system very sensitive, they record(GPS) our location during delivery so they know its same address.
write an email and followup, earlier one dimers account was unblocked after much followup(search DD)

My account also blocked today. Only single account for whole family mainly genuine grocery orders. Cc is worst, just giving automated responses, tried mail, Twitter, chat. Now my neucoins are stuck.i also have Tata neu infinity card 🤕
