TATA NEU Blocked my account unable to use Neu Coins

I have around 15k neu coins in one of my account and around 3-10k neu coins in other accounts but all of a sudden I am unable to use them payment is getting failed when I tried to pay with neu coins in all my accounts . I raised a complaint with Tataneu social media pages (Facebook,Twitter) via email,Telephone and via Tata neu App . They are simply saying "our system detects some unsual transaction with your account please read TnC you won't be able to use the neu coins until further notice from our side." They are not even mentioned any time frame any solution for this any one faced similar kind of issue?
I suggest please use neu coins asap.

How did you manage to accumulate this many points? For getting 15K points the total transaction value would be around 3 Lakh. And total how many tataeu accounts did you create.

I earned around 35 lakhs, but I used 27lakhs, still 8 lakhs was freezed in all my accounts, each account is having around 40k coins

Just chacked. All accounts restricted now. Lost approx 50k coins.
What about there sale offer of 1000 coins on 5000 shopping? Any update on that ?
yes they have blocked account. but it is not fair they should have blocked the account immediately if they have proper check and validations , but they lured people to buy their products from their platform to earn neucoins. Even they have not made these coins usable on bill payments, so these coins have been accumulated. Acutally they want to compensate their losses through blocking neucoins and showing their higher bosses that we are earning profits through wipe off their liabilities very pathetic response from customer care. Ridiculous

How u find out ur neucoins blocked? Can't login or displays some error plz show
It won't let you use the coins, payment will fail. You can try by placing a dummy 1mg order.
Btw, could anyone find a solution?

The same thing happened with my account as well. Had 4k+ neu coins. Customer care is useless, they don't know why they blocked the account. They are simply replying with a generic message to read T&C even after escalation. I'm okay to loose all my neu coins if they show me exactly which terms and conditions I have violated, but they are not giving that info.
Lessons learnt: Stay away from TATA products. Shame on them for luring customers by offering a 5% cashback on every purchase and block the accounts afterwards.
Got mine unblocked neucoins worth Rs. 10K. Spammed customer care on Gmail, Twitter they unblocked..

is there a way to use blocked neu coins or get the account unblocked! They are citing some policy breach which I really don't understand since I have been using bigbasket and 1mg since years..
