I have around 15k neu coins in one of my account and around 3-10k neu coins in other accounts but all of a sudden I am unable to use them payment is getting failed when I tried to pay with neu coins in all my accounts . I raised a complaint with Tataneu social media pages (Facebook,Twitter) via email,Telephone and via Tata neu App . They are simply saying "our system detects some unsual transaction with your account please read TnC you won't be able to use the neu coins until further notice from our side." They are not even mentioned any time frame any solution for this any one faced similar kind of issue?
I suggest please use neu coins asap.
What kind of orders you were placing? Electronics?
How many orders in past few months/days?
How did you manage to accumulate this many points? For getting 15K points the total transaction value would be around 3 Lakh. And total how many tataeu accounts did you create.
