Help with paytm seller "Trendin"

I have ordered few products of peter england by Trendin … from paytm… now the seller had shipped the product 48 hours ago but Ecom couier didn’t upload tracking details and when I called in ecom couier… that they said… product doesn’t reach to them till now… when i contact paytm … they said that …. they are working…
now i dont know what to do…?? as per rating … Tremdin seller is good …
Is anyone also same with this seller… can aanyone help???

already 84 hours has been passed but couier company doesn’t upload tracking details and paytm is still not come up with any satisfactory answer
