HELPCHAT ACCOUNT BLOCKED

anyone whose email id of playstore is the same on helpchat and still account has been restricted

yes no use of the app without the offers, coupons and cashbacks thats what i have been writing to them, but they are not reading just copy paste replies

Please check all, accounts are unblocked now, at last they learned good lessons from dimers.

nope mine is still showing as suspicious activity…..

even my account showing suspicious activity. Lets give helpchat 1 star on play store and app store and teach them a lesson

My account was blocked too. I mailed them to know reason.
They asked me to submit id proof etc.
I replied them back that I am not going to submit anything without knowing the reason why my account is blocked and for what purpose they need my id.

They never replied back but my account was unblocked within an hour.

Account was actually not blocked but just coupon usage was blocked.

Too much stupidity by helpchat.

you are lucky…. i am still banging head against a tough wall…. sent emails, chats on twitter etc but they are stubborn to unblock

In my account also, coupons usage is blocked.. they are not willing to unblock until i submit id/address proof .. donno what to do…:evil:
