yes we read that, and we are already working on new set of rules for that section.
It will be helpful if you highlight specific points. So that we can also understand things we can improve upon.
The Suspension seems to be driven by moderation team’s personal grudge or lack of knowledge of the matter and are taken on a whim. Not good!

Guys please understand one thing it is very hard to take feedback in life, but we want to make it better for all of us and I am sure there maybe areas which we are missing and areas where we are good… but learning can never stop

1) If you block some platform or certain url, must inform in an announcement board for dimers. Like, there was deal for freecharge deal and only freecharge deal url is blocked and recharges are allowed. Now it went for moderation and later deleted. Before 3 days of posting that deal it was working. So how anyone get to know when anything is blocked or released to be posted.
2) There are many same topics in dost and dimes like on credit card, banks etc. Everyday someone wants help he/she create new thread. And this is possibly due to poor search feature in app that sometimes doesn’t show appropriate results.
For most talked topics,a QnA section can be created like credit card. If anyone needs help, he may open a question and after resolution (which needs confirmation from op) it gets listed as QnA. So a new same case doesn’t need a new thread.

1. We generally do intimate dimers via message, but yeah a topic in forum might help all. we will do something about that.
2. Nothing better than that, I remember we had some topics around wallets as well maintained by few dimers. We will be happy if someone steps forward and create such topic/thread. we will be happy to maintain it.
Already an excellent job by all the mods and admin nothing much to say.
Have one issue related to groups. I am seeing that people are sharing almost all deals in their groups just for increasing the group hotness. I am afraid to tell that out of 10 deals 8-9 are useless, and by useless i mean totally crap, and i guess now the time has come where the team needs to modify the algorithm where sharing deals below certain degree of hotness of the topic will reduces channels hotness instead of increasing.
Otherwise there is no point for the dimers who only want to send quality deals to the user rather then sending all crap deals just to increase their hotness and get rewarded at the end of the month.
And i guess this all started from the time the monthly reward was started. For first few month i had to tell co-owner in my group not to send their own post via my channel or don’t send deals which are not worth, but ultimately i had to remove all co-owners and stopped sending the deals myself. So my channels which i guess was on top for good 4-5 months is now below 0 degree.

Just have a look at the deals posted by this owner. The quality of deals are pathetic and looks to me he is just bribing the dimers to join his group by asking them to join and he will do giveaway. Ridiculuous.

I want to highlight one issue related to “deleting spam”
Some dimers commented on buying/not buying items posted in hot deals based on origin/mfg of product.
I am not sure on which basis admins remove such comments as spam.
If such things are affecting your business, then please clarify it.

@B4TM4N i think few dimers did explained to you i that thread related to spam, i assumed you understood it that time. But i will give you one simple example related to it.
If someone comments in one topic with something (here lets say : stay away from Chinese product) that could be his view in general or for that product, but if he goes around and post that same comment in multiple topics then that is spam.

One thing i have noticed on this platform if a newbie post a deal few deal subedars/lieutenant jump on to it and straight away says not a good deal. Instead of appreciating and helping newbies they try to supress newbies effort. DD should also keep an eye on such comments from deal expert on newbies deal. Apart from that I think you are doing a great job. Kudos to it

TBH, moderation system is not that bad as ppl are saying it is infact good. Sometimes they make mistakes but dimers are very welcomed to DM the admins and talk in person. They will listen to your query and will give you the best resolution possible. If you see something which is out of the rules don’t wait for admins to remove such things. Tag them ASAP. But still there is a lot of room for improvement
I see many suggestion related to “Groups” & its hotness & contest around it, we assure you we will work around that.
Main purpose to create that in first place was to provide quality deals & loots and eveyone has liberty to choose which one they want to subscribe it to.
Yes quality was the utmost priority but with time it has changed to
More spamming = More hotness = More chances of winning contest.
I know it’s a bit tricky to change algo in group if i am not wrong, but something has to be done to prevent this type of spamming in the inbox. As dimers who used to share only quality deals are nowhere to be seen, may be they are not getting what they deserve after devoting their time and efforts in finding and validating the deals and then only share with the dimers.
Hope to have some chances in this category.

I have no problem with moderation but these days I see many people who intentionally make a political thread under Dost and dimes in attacking nature and that starts name calling like Bhakts ,Chamcha ,pappu, etc.in comments .
Please ban name calling like this ,healthy discussion is fine but this ruins the environment of forum and no one appears to be “dost” anymore .
I am using this site as a user currently don’t see much spam atleast, though not aware if there is any internal politics between the users
