How can I contact HDFC Customer support for credit card?

Hello guys,  I applied for HDFC millennia Credit Card in the month of October 2021 (after getting a notification on HDFC app promising no joining and annual fee with 1500₹ Amazon voucher). But my application got declined due to unknown reason.
Once i got a call from some HDFC guy in the same month (i.e. October) for the application for credit card. I stated nd told home that I hv already applied but my application got declined…then he suggested me to re-apply after 30 days as the sites are not allowing to forward the application.
and it’s true whenever I try to re-apply…it shows ‘’it seems that you have already applied for a credit card. Hence, we will not be able to proceed with ur current application (screenshot attached)’’….bt it has already been more than 4 months…nd the same thing is showing all the time.
as per notification i am getting on HDFC app…28.02.2022 is the last day to apply for the card to have null joining and annual fee…but i am not able to proceed the application nd not able to hv any customer support.
Can you veterans suggest me what i should do to proceed the application again

Update: just talked to customer support using 18602676161….she told me…only after 6 months i can re-apply for the credit card, if application gets declined for any reason 🥲

I applied after 2 months of rejection and got approvel. But online method won’t work. Only cc agents can do it. If you are from TN then I can connect you with the agent.

I had applied in September and it was rejected. I’m also getting the same issue which you got. Contacted customer care on email and shared screenshots of the error message. After a lot of communications they told to visit branch.

At branch also they tried multiple times online application but finally they filled offline form.

At the branch they had checked my account and they could see that I’ve a pre-approved offer but couldn’t see any application for credit card.

So only offline option is there but then you won’t get the benefits mentioned in the mail as they are only for online transactions.

u will hv to take help of some agent…or just keep calm nd wait for 6 months after declining the first application
