Bhau. You were very enthusiastic about that laptop. What sort of defects did you find in it?
Disputes handling cannot be generalized? Depends on many factors
1. Your presentation of the case/facts
2. Flipkart's response
3. The bank officer that gives verdict
Based on the details mentioned here, it clearly looks like an error at flipkart's end (Return cancellation) and the further escalation is missing (Twitter support didn't deny replacement either). Any bank expects the merchant / e-commerce partner to solve the disputes first (the reason why many banks don't accept / reject chargeback disputes within first few weeks from transaction date). AFAIK, with AXIS u got 60 days (from tx date) to file the dispute, talk to twitter support again / mail escalations team and if they deny replacement then proceed with the dispute

Again, this seems to be another usual thing with flipkart. In my own case I received pickup cancellation 2 times(one day via sms, another day via email) incorrectly. Keep reminding them via email.
i had similar issues from buying laptop from Reliance stores offline. They straight away cancelled my replacement or return request stating the Warranty / replacement policy is of OEM Manufacturer, Contact OEM customer care. However after a lot of communication with OEM i received replacement from OEM by collection from Reliance stores offline.

Get this in writing from the highest level of escalation matrix (i.e escalation team via Email). Managed to return products twice rejected by inspection agents by mailing these guys, getting a new replacement request generated for erroneous cancellation (Merchant/E-commerce partner got no defense)

Not sure which one it is (include both in the recipients list) but these are valid IDs
2nd one is correct.
Make sure after mailing this email address, you receive auto acknowledgement.
If dont, then send again with different email account, until you receive auto acknowledgement.
Axis be like: Pta nhi har baar Tanmayyy ki esi situation mein mein aage kese aa jata hoon.

Yes
On dispute form, second option
The Goods/Services rendered by the Merchant are not as described. The item/s purchased or service/s paid for do not conform to what was agreed to have been supplied by the merchant or was defective
