Mine:
1. HDFC Bank – Salary account – HDFC is constantly sending mail for free upgrade to Preferred but confused whether it is worth. Faced one weird issue where the UPI stopped working (unable to send but able to receive) for 1 to 1.5 month. I had complaint to bank’s customer care, RM and even escalated the complaint but was not useful. At last raised issue in RBI ombudsman, got call directly from branch manager who was afraid (as per his voice) definitely due to the RBI complaint, issue got resolved in 3 working days after logging complaint in RBI
2. ICICI Bank – Zero balance account – had opened as youngsters account many years ago
3. SBI Bank – Savings account (don’t know if it is zero account) – had opened because the college said the nearest branch is of SBI and we would accept payment from same.

Here’s mine-
SBI – Personal account. Zero balance. Opened at branch nearby home. 10+ yrs ago. Those form filling days
Citibank – The very first salary account. Now got converted to basic zero Bal saving account. 10+ yrs old.
HDFC – Again salary account, converted to savings with 10K min bal. Now again using it as a salary account. Premier banking.
ICICI – Again salary account. Will be converted to a savings account with 10K Bal.
BoB- Savings account, opened along with Home Loan.
Found ICICI best overall out of these.
