Is there a limit to the number of sim cards one can own under the same network or across all networks in one name?

how do these olx frauds get so many sims / after getting banned from olx again they open new account and scam people
My brother must have had 50 or more sim cards before all this jio era. I asked what’s wrong with you for real? He was like this is standard practice. Every time a person buys a new SIM he gets 50 free talktime, who misses that? I’m like okay bro. These are unregistered sim cards by the way, just handed over to you without any documentation or anything. My aunt used to do the same. I’m embarrassed and ashamed for these family members.
Sorry for the above rant because I don’t know the answer to the query of OP.
9 Regular Connections (normal SIM/eSIM) with 10 digit numbering system. 9 IoT connections with 13 digit numbering system. Total limit across all circles and across all operators taken together.
Do you know if any networks in India started issuing these IoT sims?
Kuch to gadbad hai daya
Offers ka chakkar Babu Bhaiya
Can someone explain how they track if a person has 9 sims across all networks.
Ive quite a problem.
My parents (2sims total) , wife’s (jio and airtel ) and my sims are all on my name.
Totalling around 14 sims.
As per the new rule, will they deactivate sims at random?
Where can i read something about it.
These operators aren’t accepting name change unless converted to postpaid.
Jio has almost 1 yr pack and all enabled. Another 6 months left. Jio also doesn’t suppose name change.
All i am allowed is to port.
I think 9/person/provider
