hmm if there is T&C, first T&C related to that regarding the constrains it has of where it is not considered then
1) recharge for mobile more than Rs. 500 pack (one or two mobiles or 6 mobiles to finish the target)
2) invest in online gold portal like safe gold for Rs.500 (you can withdraw by selling gold later provided if you have bank account matching PAN name)
3) buy amazon voucher in smart buy portal for Rs.500 or buy amazon voucher directly from amazon portal

if t&c has no restrictions on spends use SNAPAY app and transfer to bank
