How to redeem Big bazaar gift cards and wallet balance as stores are closed

i am gng to bb (inderlok -delhi) today

Big bazaar at Square Mall Vasant Kunj is still operating. You can verify it from square mall helpline desk at 01146000739 or else you can google their number

BB inderlok —open

Gv redemption — smooth

People with future pay wallet / using mobile no. To redeem balance - facing issue (OTP not coming)

card Holders—-smooth transaction

Grocery stock—- almost finished

Kitchen items—- limited stock

Fbb - decent stock

if anyone has balance in easyday wallet - gtb nagar easyday store is open but not having any idea about  wallet redemption 

Any input for Mumbai or Pune stores?

Any store in lucknow

my friend was able to redeem FP wallet balance and GC at BB Goregaon today, on my behalf.

How do i get my Big Bazaar Wallet. As my 3k is with yourl. Everywhere it says Big Bazaar has been taken over by Reliance. And when i call that Smart Bazaar which another name is JioMart they deny the fact. 

Reliance is always been fraudsters and im not scared to say this in public. They always cheat people and become rich, no wonder The Ambanis are cursed

I am just writing this response for people still holding unused Big bazaar - Gift cards

1. It seems that since reliance acquired Bigbazaar earlier this year - there might be a change "Smart Bazaar" store manager - would be able to help you with this - may be he can give you replacement with equivalent "smart-bazaar-Gift card" or "Credit note" [plastic debit card] for the Big bazaar GV you hold..

2. i also understood that - the seller of Bigbazaar on woohoo.in/or-other-sites is "Bigbazaar"-entity. Logically since bigbazaar is closed - the customer serive for pending cases/disputes/ complaints regarding redemption of GV's that are sold by Bigbazaar ---- all this would logically be transferred to "Reliance" support.
