How to view Amazon Lightening deal after error?

My electricity went away when I was trying to order a lightening deal item. I could not place the order. Now although the deal is still valid, but not for my account. I chatted with CC, they say not possible to get it back.

So is there a way to get this lightening deal back in my account?

Lightning deals are made available only for limited quantity of an item and is made available to all users and is not an account specific offer.

Once the deal is fully sold out / claimed, the sale is over, no way of going back to claim it.

You need to pay and checkout the item before it is sold out, even leaving it in the basket does not help.

Amazon has an error, if the 15 mins expire before you place the order you can’t get the deal….. Same happened to me….. I bought from another account then…..

That’s not true. I have ordered lightening deals on several occasions after adding to cart, letting the 15 minute timer expire multiple times, add to cart again and place order, most recent being 3 days ago. Always worked without any hiccups.
