Icici Amazon Credit Card asking to re-upload documents again and again

This is the third time Icici is saying documents not clear.
Uploaded latest, clear pdf of ITR and Computation of Income.
Saw many users face this but found no resolve. Customer care is saying upload again and again.
Please anyone can help. What is that they want???

Earlier I faced problem with video kyc. They cancelled the application and I applied again. My card got approved without any income documents last week. I had no prior relation with ICICI.

After cancellation how much time gap of second application?

Call customer care & ask for manual pickup of hard copy of documents else it may take weeks/months for this system error to get resolved if it doesn’t automatically go away in next few days.
