Guys I’ve been using ICICI InstaSave FD account from last 2 years with a Platinum Credit Card against 10k FD. Last month I got Amazon Pay credit card with 60k Limit. Now This month I’ve closed my FD card. Now I waana get a regular ICICI card so how to get a ICICI credit card. Now if I use this Amazon card for 5/6 month will I receive any pre-approved card offer from ICICI or should I get a Expression credit card from iMobile and convert that card to Platinum card after 6 month use.
NOW WHICH OPTION IS BETTER. 🤔

Amazon Pay is great card I know but all ICICI card discounts are not applicable on this card in Amazon/Flipkart. That’s why I need a regular ICICI Card.
@Vladimir I also have ICICI FD Based Credit Card on a 10k Amount holding from 9 months,when did you get new ICICI APay Card? Like You closed 10k fd based card then applied amazon pay card or when you were holding fd based card at that time

Try applying now. You have a good chance getting apay cc since you already have 9m credit history with icici.. Update here.
Amazon Pay ICICI cc is separate. So if you are hoping to get it converted or upgraded to other normal variant of icici cc then it won’t happen.
Also Amazon Pay ICICI card has lost lot of it’s value since they started excluding it from offers. Not only on amazon but on other portals also.
I feel if you hold icici bank account and decent CIBIL score then you should be able to get ICICI Bank credit card.
I have got Sapphiro cards (mastercard + AMEX) after I closed my Amazon pay icici card ( They stopped giving me reward points , so Closed it)
Can any expert tell which icici card is good to apply? Need ltf card for bank offers . Is apay icici worth now a days?
Any icici card is only good for regular 10% card offers with nothing much else to offer. I wouldn’t suggest anyone to pay annually for any icici card. Though officially almost all icici cards have annual fee but many get it as ltf when offered by bank. You can also take a look at icici makemytrip or other co-branded cards which only have issuance fee & no annual fee. Amazonpay card is still worth getting for genuine users doing a lot of shopping from amazon.
Got my ICICI MakeMyTrip Platinum Credit Card today on the basis of Amazon Pay Card. Just called customer care and told them I need a ICICI card for Flipkart discount 😂. The lady said which card you want I said MakeMyTrip Platinum(rejected Instant Platinum for pathetic Payback reward system). She made a service request for new card and said virtual card will be shown in iMobile within 4 working days and physical card will be delivered to your home in 7 days. This is a LTF card with only₹500 joining fee but ₹500 will be added in MMT account after card generated. Cashback will be credited in MMT account.

Go to the branch that issued this card to you and ask them to report usage to CIBIL. Call customer care to raise complaint too.
Sometimes, the bank forgets to update the new card account opening to the bureaus.
But she told me I can choose any card Platinum,coral, hpcl, rubyx etc. and I’ll get that card with shared limit.
i think icici Amzon card is one of the best cards from icici. Many of us try to get it but got rejected compared to other cards icici is best.better stick to it and if you still want get card from other bank on card to card basis
