I wanted to change address for my IDFC saving account. My relationship manager suggested to use android app.
I installed app, followed the steps to update address using Aadhar and after all steps completed I deleted the app.
and after 5min I got sms that you UPI handle xxxx@idfcfirst is now ready for use.
How can i delete my UPI handle in IDFC?

that is not how that app works. I use it everyday. Have taken all kinds of support for address change to upgrade and upi handle is not active

I installed app to change address. I selected Aadhaar for address change and provided aadhar otp and got success message. and uninstalled app instantly. and In 5min, I got sms related to UPI handle.

Problem is, without customer's knowledge they activate UPI. I am using ICIC UPI handle and don't want more.

install again idfc application > pay > upi > deregister upi > uninstall
