It's normal if not moving from one place to another.
If moving then legs needs adjustment or if on stand than it should be made stationary.

Check if the transit bolts (at the back) have been removed by the installation person or not. Bolts should be removed.

Call technician ,they will fix it. Set spin speed 400 -600 rpm. and keep ifb stand which have rubber shock absorption.

If it's on the stand then ifb doesn't take any warranty on that

I am also ising IFB front load. But no issue. Kindly check back side bolt removed nor not....? If it is not removed please remove it. It protects washing machine from transport damage.
