do you understand the difference between SBI and SBI Card? Both are completely different entity, FYI. And ofcourse there’s no counter you gotta visit for SBI Card services.

IDFC credit card is visible in the app as soon as it is approved and can be used as well.

yes that’s right but the approval itself takes more than a week. Mine took almost two weeks. Once it’s approved, they’ll send a digital credit card and physical one is received later via courier.
