is amazon shipping order?

Very much disappointed as the Amazon and ATS service has been degraded since last month. My Haldiram Soan Papdi (4 packs) was in transit for 7 days and suddenly I got SMS my order was canceled and sent back to Amazon as I was not present at home when their guys tried to deliver the order which was a lie as no one came at my place. But when I contacted CC they said the parcel was damaged in transit that’s y my order was canceled. They are fooling customers these days My other order which was dispatched from Mumbai is stuck since last 4 days and funny thing is delivery address is Mumbai and these guys are taking more than 4 days to deliver in same city This will surely help Snapdeal and Flipkart to improve their sales this season.

YOu think Flipfart is doing better?

Amazon filled with ATS 420 people. They are Aliens look for you on mars not on earth. They do put remarks that you requested reschedule of delivery with out your knowledge. Out for devilry but it may not reach you because your door lock, even though your very-much present at your home. ekart(flipkart service) is much better than ATS

got 2 parcels delivered late last evening it was showing as out for delivery since morning….
