Dont know about grandura but i dont think endura mass is a scam

if u have enough time and want to waste your time fo ahead. My wife met with one of the representative at a shopping mall and she gave her number and she got a call the next day and the person said there are varioua gift coupons which have been generated. I was sceptical at first but anyways i went to their office for the vouchers. They are actually a travel agent company who provides planning for any destinations. They had various packages for the same which i though was was expensive.So in short if you have around 1.5 hr time to waste u can go ahead and visit their ofc and collect the worthless gift coupons. Plan your own trips or rather go to a good travel agent who wont loot you.

Yes, totally. Guys, don't fall for it. I have lost 1.6Lakhs. They take membership fee instantly which is not refundable once you sign the agreement. They were running another such fraud company - Eurosia Holiday Club pvt ltd, which was closed after a couple of years leaving members abandoned. Many FIRs were registered in yerwada police station. Now they have this new company as Grandura Leisure which is running with the same procedure and has the same modus operandi.

I have taken a membership by paying 169000/and I have used the services.  I am more than satisfied apart from their customer care is need to be more proactive.

This is a complete frodulant comany with money cheating experience 

I had got enormous phone calls to attend a 45 min demo and collect free gifts from chambors mall on Eid day , 10th Jully.They even send a writtenmessage that laopala dinner set and Wow momo coupons for min 250 to 500, howeverthey willgive a 50 rs road side coffee mug set and 100 rs coupon.

I and my family were called to their Kolkata office on promise of some gifts which we won after some kind of lottery or whatever and in return we’d have to learn about their business. They first had a sales person give us an overview of their company and some offer for the day. Mind it she even tried to get super personal during this conversation. Super unprofessional. Then another man sat us down and kept forcing us to buy their package which would cost us Rs. 1, 10, 000. We denied and he kept going on and wasted three hours from 8:00pm to night 11.30 pm,

I have used my credit card using OTP shared with them seeing they are workingso late for 1 sales count increase. And they misused my card and insteadof EMI which they are promising verbally , but in real they have cheated me by taking complete package money transaction deduction from my card.

I have never seen such a fraud sales person like Tanveer Alam and Sufal. One other guy who was master of this frodulant transaction. They created a huge pressurefor taking atleast one package

Where I was trying to help them onhumanitarian ground by increase their sales target on such auspiciousday , they fraud money from me given a chance and did such a transaction while promising me monthly EMI for 12 months.

It is a completely scam, the people dress code, way of talking, I also got the call from them they told me to come to the office which was in 93 Avenue Mall we went there, in the call they told me about 5 free gifts, the moment the guy started sharing the plan of his company they asked me money for the plan and after that he asked me money for the gift too. When I said no I'll not give the money for any gift they misbehave with me and with my wife. 

It is a scam. They give me one cheap quality of boul set.

There is no free lunch . Period

If anyone falls to this trap by paying through their credit cards, I would suggest them to immediately dispute the transaction in the bank’s website/app and do a chargeback request.

After 3 months of struggle I was finally able to get my money back. If anyone falls into this trap and has paid using credit card - first reach them over whatsapp and email asking for your money back. Also write to their customer care. In my case the never replied to any emails. After all this, dispute the transaction and raise a chargeback request with the bank for non delivery of services. Hopefully you will get back your money.

Fraud company. Totally wasted my 1.5 hrs.They will say that they are the event management company and as a promotional offer they are giving away gift voucher.But that is the catch, even you get away with only the gift voucher.There also hidden charges.

Sufal one of my sales executive is the most unprofessional person

No,  its a genuine company and provides genuine services like holidays and tours. I've been gone there for lucky draw and gifts also. They were sweet and polite. Just took me a little more time than expected but they gave me what they were said to give me as gifts at last. I think they are performing  some sort of marketing thing. 

This company called me to City Centre -I  Salt lake  on 1-12-2022 . offered me free gifts   and compelled me to pay Rs 15000/- right on that day for buying their  offer . They asked me to pay the remaining amount  Rs 139000/- on the next day. Thanks God. Next day I refused to pay the amount .  I came to know that it is a  fake company  and many persons  have already  lost huge money by falling into their trap. I suggest that people should keep away from the alluring offers they make to the prospective customers. I have not got back my money. I shall file a   complain case against them before the Consumer court and claim compensation for harassment .  I once again suggest  " DO NOT FALL INTO THEIR TRAP AND DO'NT GO TO THEIR OFFICE  FOR RECEIVING FREE   CHEAP  GIFTS  "

Yes it is a fake travel agency, they cheated my money. It is a new type of scam.

Same scam is going on with another company they were very hard on selling their package still after 3 hrs of session was able to backout as i was still not convinced : Royals Club International

Grandura Leisures Kolkata has cheated us by taking Rs 1 lakh deposit. They have confirmed over mail for refund if the same but still we have not received a sigle penny. They gave stopped taking calls and reply over email. Any idea how to get rid of this??

I have visited Kasba office and cc1 office twice but no real result has come up.

On 10th Day of September 2022 I was forced to purchase an Agreement on Club Vacation and membership paying Rupees One Lakh Fifty-one Thousand Rs1,51,000 . Since I had paid the payment via credit card and an additional interest of Rs 13,768 Rupees Thirteen Thousand and Seven Hundred and Sixty eight was extra charged on me, which on negotiation they replied me will be returned back by June 2023. On repeated phone calls and WhatsApp reminders they have refunded back 3 installments and has not paid the last installment along with interest. Now none of the Customer care Phone numbers work and mobile no.s are not picked up. I have written umpteen mails but only receive autoresponder alerts as will be replied back shortly. I am afraid whether my Onel Lakh fifty one thousand is scrumptiously stolen as booking for vacation is also not received therafter. The Sales manager Tanveer Alam with whom the deal was made has left the organisation and the Follow Up person whose number he has provided me, Mr Hemant Bhujbal never responds to my calls and WhatsApp. Also the Customer Care numbers are not working. After going through the net and reviews given by the company . None of the benefits till day has been provided till date when sought for.

I am panick stricken that whether my hard earned money of Rupees OneLakh Fifty one Thousand has gone into wrong hands and need a immediate resolution. I would be gratified if the total money is recovered and paid back to me as I do not want to associate with such people who are dishonest and further going to any vacation with family will fall in deep trouble.

I have already lodged a complaint against them in Consumer Court but they didn't appear, fo which the suspicion has increased manifold. However I am sending Legal notice as well , lets see how they react.

This is totally fraud company I have already paid money for 5 years on 20.09.2023 but todayI visited there Citi Centre office & Kasba office but office was totally closed no one picking up the ph also.
