Best product is exported is correct but in market also people sell . Not all people sell products outside India. Like India export sugar, wheat, rice and all these things are same in market also and exported also. No it's nothing like you will always get bad quality products in Indian market.
But it is correct that export quality must be very high then only other countries will accept.
yes 1st world peoples ready to pay top dollars so business wise its logical to export as local people can't afford dollar prices

"Good quality Indian products are exported" is sometimes a far fetched statement. Lets look at Indian Apple as an example, since its mentioned above,
Total Apple yield for the year 2023 is ~32 lack metric tonnes. Out of which only 52 thousand metric tonnes was exported. Which is less then 2% of the total yield!

Yes partially. This is true for countries where the domestic currency is valued less than us dollars, which India is.
There are also trade agreements. Food grade standands of countries that influence the quality of the merchandise exported.
Top tier quality is available in Market however generally domestic consumption of that is lower due to high price. Most this ends up exported. If the seller gets same price he/she doesnt really care if the product is sold abroad or in india.
Other than top tier is available at a lower price and the lower the quality the cheaper price and more domestic demand as India is a price conscious market.
