Yes, absolutely its fraud…..
i can give the examples of supercash system…
I am using this mobikwik since november upto may 2kk17. at first they are providing direct cash back & later on changed to supercash from which you can use only 10% of it in one single any transaction…(no doubt they are doing this thing to increase the business & keep the customers in contact )..& you have to use this supercash within next one month+ 15 days of another next month..
Hold on…..see…now a days what they are doing….you have to use this supercash within 45 days from the next month & you will able to use 10% of supercash only when you will do transaction more than 100….
so..think guys in 45 days , how will you finish the supercash(cashback) that totally belongs to you…
so…they are not allowing you to use supercash in small transactions & ,they are forcing you to do greater transaction amount…in which you can use only 10% of supercash which is very less….

I will not call MobiKwik a fraud
It is a concept gone wrong
Entrepreneurship can fail also
Learn from it and move on
What about Lumia fiasco? Isn’t that fraud?
There may be some mistakes on the part of the said payments company while making T&C for cash backs. Which of course has resulted in some backlash. Payments is a very very low margin business and it takes a lot of efforts to retain a customer while not burning shiploads of money. What the above said payments provider is trying to do is to find a balance of both. Just like the popular saying in South India “Neither the snake should die, nor the stick should snap”. It is a matter of survival for them. I am not sure if it qualifies for a fraud!.
