Just now the ICICI agent collected documents – ITR & Bank statement even though I’ve a savings account with them. Let’s see..

Best way as suggested above is to open a savings account (with HDFC). I’ve received three offers for pre-approved cards even though my transactions are limited in HDFC. I don’t like credit cards , have applied for ICICI just for extra 5% offer & it’s life time free.
