Is there anyone who is using Flipkart pay later and had refund issue?

From last 2 months, I order products from Flipkart pay later and pay it back on 1st or 2nd date of a month but from last two months. Everything seems good but the issue arises when I return any lf the product after my payment and the refund which was expected to come to my pay later but it doesn’t come, I lost 2 of my product’s refund. When I call CC they either keep on putting me on hold and disconnect the call in between or ask me to wait 48 hours till the issue to be resolved. This process is perpetual and as I’m Airtel user, can’t even call their 1800×× CC number I need to call them from other’s phone which is not possible all the time. Flipkart has loot ed me twice in this manner. I don’t know what kind of bug they have in their system. They have black hole in their pay later refund system.
