Avoid getting lured in for petty benefits. That's the remedy. Question yourself before you question the system....

This is also not helpful if you are asking for experience of "being robbed" from someone who was never robbed. Grip Invest already planned to apply for sebi stock broker license so it is not like some Chinese investment co. It takes at least 7-10 working days for such failed/cancelled upi txns in equity/bond market to return so at least wait that much.

Walk by all means but don't go whining when you yourself hand out money for petty gains from your "hard earned money".

Where was this "hard earned money" syndrome when your greed lured you to invest for refferal? 

Anyway, escalation matrix is on their site. U need to wait for 5 working days before escalating... Again, same is mentioned on their site. 

I suggest wait for few days as transaction reversals take time. In the mean time get a confirmation from them on mail about reason for cancelling transaction. Last, if nothing works u can raise complaint on SEBI SCORES portal.

Send a written complaint to their registered office. Ensure that you get receipt of acknowledgement for that. Mention the number of days you can wait before you start looking for legal options to get your money back. If they don't revert within the specified time, then complain to SEBI or you can go to consumer court

When was order cancelled? (Date)

Which bond?

Customer support for Grip Invest is very very poor

Btw sometimes ppl had issue for failed transaction which they got back after 5 7 days so you can wait until that time and then update here

Also, try raising it on LinkedIn by tagging the founders & placing appropriate hashtags

In the SEBI score portal, which category this gripinvest comes. I am unable to locate so seeking help @dhinchakrohit

In my post, i clearly mentioned that it's a successful transaction hence i got the order confirmation email too from the gripinvest. Subsequently they cancelled the order without any intimation and without issuing the refund, no response to my emails and Twitter DMs as well to my refund concern.

afaik SEBI can't help - Grip Invest isn't SEBI registered

the manager solved the issue by arranging refund today.
