I m very much upset with Jio 401 RS bug
Today my Hotstar VIP subscription has been withdrawn .
No doubt there’s a high chance that jio will withdraw the pack too
I recharged almost 20*6 times
and I think that it will go in vain .

Airtel is better, few months ago i recharge 48 and got 598 plan…. Got a call about this issue, and they also give 50 talktime for this error. Also not revoke free plan.

Bro same thing as said by @venu applies here the bug was affected to you and for some other few people whereas this jio loot was very large.twitter pe bhi yeh loot ka discussion ho raha tha so understand the scale of the loot lakhs of people looted it and many did multiple times so just calculate the amount of loss which jio would have to incurr

I think jio is giving 100rs to hotstar
So . Assume if 500000 recharge is done by us then total loss will be 150000000.

It’s not all about money. If people just get away with this then paid customers might feel upset and some customers might feel it’s better to wait for another “Recharge Bug” than paying now.
And btw the actual cost of 3 GB/ day for 28 day Pack without Hotstar costs 349 Last month I checked.
