Jio 5G vs 4G

last few months I am facing issues with Jio network on my 5G Motorola Edge 20 Fusion device. family member has Samsung M12 with Jio sim and network works fine on that. I have use the Samsung-Jio combo as hotspot to browse on my Motorola phone 
So, is this problem with Jio 5G service or my device?
issue seems to occur when I am in non 5G coverage area. whenever network shows 5G i get really good internet speed.

2-3 days ago a fellow dimer mentioned about app that forces phone to use 5g only. That app will help you.
You can download a 3rd party app and force the network to 5G only.
easy way is go to Settings > About phone > All specs > tap Internal storage multiple times > Phone information (1 or 2 depend on your sim) > change NR/LTE/GSM/WCDMA to NR only
