Hi Dimers! I want to buy a Jio phone or a basic phone for an existing Jio SIM (the old Jio phone device is ravaged). Which Jio phone is best? I have attached a photo of the old phone, what is its model number and where can I buy (offline and online)? Need YouTube app and Google Voice Assistance. Also, how to buy Jio phone online?

I know, but this is for super senior citizens. They know how to handle jio phone. Learning a new phone will be difficult for them. BTW you can suggest your choice of models.

Go for Nokia basic phone. Jio phone is not good, hangs and keypad is very hard, my part time maid bought it and sold it within 3 months.

hmm, no jiophone is good and will eventually die in a year or two (unusable, too slow even if not else)... if one needs a keypad phone, try other 4g options, but you need a regular smartphone plan which is costlier...
