So I resides in Mumbai
There is a huge scam is going in Jiomart delivery system.
As If someone ordered from Jiomart they get a otp from Grab which is of 4 Pin.
So there is a App in which it tries different combinations of pin as there is no retry limit.
And they tried it on mostly on prepaid order and small order if COD.
And hence it showing delivered and the fun part is they resell it to reliance fresh or small groceries store.And hence they loot the prepaid customer in this scam.
Because the delivery person says the customer gives me the otp then only i delivered it.
Please be aware of this OTP Scam and if placing order try to place it with COD.

How is this possible?
When you receive grab otp along with that you receive delivery agent name and his phone number. You can contact him if there is delay in delivery. When you have his name and his phone number how he will be able to defraud you?
i tried to call him so he asked the address and say ha dekhta hu aake call karta afterwards he never recieve the call
Jio is being popular in all sectors including scam sector 😂😜
There could be 10,000 Otp options don’t think app is brute forcing there must be some other loophole.

Even i received the same,and its not limited to Jiomart, Netmeds also sent Grab OTP, They Deliver the product withut OTP nd then they ask tfor confirmation of delivery they need OTP. My Jiomart Orders are Still In processing While i Got the orders Very next day.
it is specific to some area if your area delivery guy know the trick then forgot your some order

I ordered bit not COD
It got dispatched and have not delivered till now for its more than 10days.
Once i raised a complaint in their app i recd a message that ir will be delivered today.
But again their app shows undelivered in the evening stating attempted delivery unsuccessful.
Be care boss… They didnt have consumer redressal system in their app.
Only escalation without proper response.
Be very careful with jiomart as a whole.
Bigbasket is better and thier app is user friendly. There are humans to respond consumer concerns unlikely in jio mart fully automated.
