One More Worst Rupay CC Joined In The List 😀
I have a non rupay variant of this card LTF. One of the most useless rewarding card I have seen. Never use this unless there's a kotak specific offer running.

Is there any openly available LTF Rupay CC yet?
I have upgraded my kotak urbane gold visa credit card to kotak urbane gold rupay credit card through email. On call to kotak customer care they refuse to convert visa to rupay & told me that if you required rupay credit card then apply freshly & no other option available. Although they provide me rupay varient by email them, I received call back from kotak customer care, they take my request & provide my rupay varient. Process for email link below
In the hopes of getting this Rupay Card, I tried the direct link on the Kotak website to apply for it. I had to try twice due to screen refresh issues but each time I got OTPs to login and select the card based on income range selection. However, this card was not shown and as nothing worked, I logged in to my net banking (I'm a Kotak customer as well) where I could select the Urbane Gold card but that ended up with a blank screen and subsequently "rejected as per internal criteria". The likely reason is my PIN Code is a rural one where Kotak does not have a branch.
Now the bigger concern is when does CIBIL get hit? In the first attempt itself or sometime later during the approval process?
With Urbane Gold on RuPay linked to UPI, would be very easy to achieve yearly 15K spends to waive the ₹199 charges. I am going to try applying for this one on RuPay in addition to my Zen Signature Visa LTF CC.
Is the First Year Annual Fee applied at the time of joining and then reversed upon spends of 15K or applied at the beginning of 2nd year?
@ajaystarin , I sent e-mail twice, RBI letter but all in vain, they refused staightly 
Now rupay varient of this card not visible in their site. Also double confirmed with customer care, the Rupay varient of the Kotak Urbane Gold card removed from kotak site.
