then on shouting and escalating they used to reverse it, happened 5 years everytime.
seems kotak policy is to charge everyone, and reverse for 5% who shout and complain, remaining unsuspecting
95% peoples money is eaten away.
another fraud what kotak did was international exchange rates were very poor, i used to get 4000 USD, lets say the exchange rate is 82, other banks will convert it at 81 or 81.15 but kotak were horrible and exchanging at 79 frauds, so with every transaction i was losing 8000 rupees almost.
