Because it is “U” version processor which are always cheaper than “H” version processor of same processor model. “U” version processors are designed as power saving so they can’t run at their full capacity under heavy load for more than 10-15 minutes to save power & minimize heat production. All gaming laptops come with “H” version processor exactly for this reason because nobody plays games for just 10-15 min on a gaming laptop. In short a ryzen 7 U processor will perform faster than ryzen 5 H processor for first 10-15 min but after that ryzen 5 H processor will perform much better than ryzen 7 U processor. same is the case with intel.
