P.S I’ve also seen some extra cuts from my SBI account from 2019-20 and I was not given a clear answer. I wish I could show those transactions to a banker or some one expert in this area and help me figure out if it’s fraud by them or another useless tax by govt.

The BSBDA is also known as PM Jan Dhan Accounts. They were promoted to people with very little knowledge of banking. If RBI did not define any maximum limit of total charges that could be charged annually on such account, then the fault is not of the Bank but of RBI and the Govt.
They promoted Jan Dhan Accounts with large bill boards carrying the photo of an individual but if then the Banks are allowed to loot the account holders then the fault is with the policy makers.
