No Italy this time! And quite a variety of qualified teams, even Panama, smallest country to qualify!

@vikramreddevils: Argentina Supporter eh? Messi is epic, but can’t help hoping that this isn’t his last world cup though as rumored by some, he’s 30 but still can go strong, a bad season doesn’t define a player’s skill..
You seen the crazy Adidas Ad with his achievements listed! There Will Be Haters!!:
Also this one is epic! Gatorade’s Ad of Heart of a Lio!!:
Messi is the most talented player ever and is exceptional..
But for me its Argentina…
This time Argentina is keeping a low profile due to the lethargic performances from the qualification rounds.. Scraped through to the WC Finals..
And CR7 Made in Manchester…
How to get SonyLiv premium subscription for Free ?
The venue being Russia offers great convenience in match timings for Indian and Asian Football Fans… Otherwise the kickoffs would have been at late nights and early mornings…
Yea, sorted times this time
Would love to know the best offer to get a sony liv sub.. Hotstar has been such a great companion during IPL.
@vikramreddevils, @Seinfeld last time SonyLiv was fully free, just that there were ads from time to time but free, it isn’t anymore?
I am opting for Ten’s HD channels or a month
They will show delayed feed for free ..
Meanwhile Don’t forget to support CHHETRI & Co. 😍😍😍

Some fun FIFA 2018 of 2018:
- FIFA financial documents reviewed by The New York Times states that the 2018 World Cup that kicks off Thursday in Moscow is set to make a cool $6.1 billion in revenue, 10 percent more than FIFA had estimated for the tournament, $1.3 billion more than the last World Cup produced in 2014 in Brazil.
- Television rights sales are up by 2 percent more than FIFA’s $3 billion target
- FIFA’s sponsorship deals generated $200 million more than the $1.45 billion it had projected, majorly due to more Chinese Companies involved this time.
- 7 of the 20 companies sponsoring the tournament are Chinese, more than the last World Cup.
- EA Sports got 233% more annual royalties compared to last year. EA Sports were paid FIFA $160 million in 2017.
India is not playing in world cup

Goal
Russia vs Saudi Arabia: 14th June 2018 HIGHLIGHTS (Goals only)
Portugal vs Spain: 15th June 2018 HIGHLIGHTS (Goals only)
It was a super duper match with CR7 scoring a hat-trick.
I think even Diego Costa might have scored an hat-trick however he was replaced by a sub.
I only caught the last game yesterday, very fiesty match from both Spain and Portugal, true football fighting spirit, and caught that curve free-kick too by @cr7. Costa also played well. Don’t follow leagues anymore but used to root for them both and they both didn’t disappoint
I heard Iran vs Morrocco gave away an own goal at the dying minute they have played after long, 30+ years I guess, I expected them to be rusty, but own goal at the last minute!?
Egypt I have some plastic fans who can’t name a player besides Mo Salah for Egypt but support Egypt , heard they also went down 1-0, still got to check out the highlights
Good to see you guys active here, will comment when the matches are on, fun to have live chats !
Iran vs Morocco was less of football and more of rugby/wrestling match cos after every 2min a foul was been committed by both sides. Referee might have gone crazy, 4 players got yellow card. In the end I had lost interest in the game. Infact missed to see the selfgoal.
Egypt vs Uruguay – First 15mins Egypt
played good attacking game and were very energetic later played a defending game.
Uruguay striker Suarez missed meny chances or it was just not his day.
Egyptian goalkeeper Mohamed El-Shenawy did great through out the game however in the 89th min Uruguay managed to score.
Pobga
So r we just gonna ignore the fact that messi missed a crucial penalty ..AGAIN ?
That proves he is a human being and not Superman.
What a jump, and he punched that ball hahaha
Free kick to Spain, averted, but fiesty, got it back in the D within 5 seconds!
Spain trying to break the defence so hard, da fiesty match!
Another Free kick, 11 fouls in the past 21 minutes!
Iran playing it dangerous, keep giving away free kicks in dangerous areas, seem desperate to score that first goal!
Spain hogging the ball with 72% possession!
Crazy Defence by Iran! And that tall goal-keeper isn’t helping Spain anywhere!
Crazy fight for a goal at Irans defence lines time and again!!
What passing by Spain, graceful.. and Iran, fullon heavy defence!
