While Por fights the last few seconds, Spain has topped the group stage with the tops goals scored!
Por 1 – 1 Iran, Spain 2 – 2 Mor.. both Spain and Portugal qualify from Group B!
Back to back penalties against Argentina, but somehow they managed to only give up 1 goal, that killer free kick couldn’t be helped.
But somehow they found an equalizer too, feisty match 
!
Another goal had come from both sides, but another 2 goals from FRA! From 2-1, a goal down to 2 goals ahead!! About 25 minutes to go including extra time, can try to cover it up!
Open season, another shot near miss from the ARG goal.. FRA players keep pushing and reaching the D, seems ARG Def is too weak since they are focusing on offensive to catch up, but chances look slim!
Messi was surrounded, but he tried well!
Sadly media will criticise him for not winning a World Cup for ARG, but they need to realise it is not 1 man who wins the World Cup for their country.
ARG is pushing now, but the clock is ticking, about 5 minutes to go..
France D is great,Arg is doing well too
Mbappe is subbed, he did what he was supposed to, got the ball in the goal.. now.. France just has to evade
Goal!! Arg scored a goal in extra time, with 2 mins to go!
And soon after, yellow cards to both teams, but hell, a dirty tackle by Arg, dam, they really losing their cool!

I used to support Arg.. Well Played.. both teams.. Congrats to Mbappe, hell of a night for him !
Average game with definite lack of quality… That shows in the scoreline also…
Argentina are an average team with no midfield and shambolic defence.. France exploited the lack of pace from Arg… Hope next time Arg find some good players to fill the team…

Goal for Uruguay 1 – 0 Pol! Perfectly executed cross and jump for that header, beautiful goal
Poland started on the offensive but now with a 2nd near goal they better be careful, Uruguay is a strong team, not conceded 1 goal this world cup, they could go all the way
Good that his legs were up, or that forceful kick from CR7 could have rendered him with some lifetime damage 
Pol scared Uruguay with that near goal.. and the beauty of it is, they did not give up.. before I could comment they kept going on and took a goal to equalize!!
Pol has conceded their first goal through this World Cup!

So forget Arg vs Pol, the Messi vs Ronaldo isn’t happening this year, this year it feels like the fight of the Underdogs, and we could see a new name on the World Cup!
RUS & ESP fought it down to Penalties, with Rus walking away with the upper hand, 4 – 3 on penalties. Playing on home-ground does come with its merits and fan base support!
CRO & DEN started off with fire in their shoes with DEN scoring a goal within a minute and an equalizer 2 minutes post that by CRO.
Both teams have been fighting for the next goal ever since.. and now as the mysterious background music is played..the half an hour extra extra time is gonna be underway.. and teams are allowed to make 4 instead of 3 substitutions..
