Magic Pin food delivery problem experience

  • I booked a food delivery order through magic pin.
  • I saw rider was not moving.
  • After waiting for a long time I called the rider and he told his bike is not working.
  • Then I contacted magic pin customer care and told the situation.
  • Immediately a ticket was raised and within a few minutes refund was credited to my account.

Yes, but in my case it was riders bike

This happens many times specially if it is being delivered by shadow for, Porter. I don't face these issues when zomato or dunzo rider have been assigned. Riders don't pickup/deliver and then customer care refunds the amount.

Oh, it was first time in 10 + deliveries. But to my surprise, the provided solution was very quick. I was able to book same order again for my dinner.
