Major e-com issues: Different items, single listing.

One of the issues I've come across on many online platforms is this. The seller uploads multiple products under the same listing to group all the items.
Similar is the case where they update their previous high rated listing with a completely new product. The reviews stay with pics & ratings of previous product but the item is completely new/different. Now a newly launched flawed product too will have a high rating because the previous item did.
For Eg:
Here's a product.
and another one
and another one
But all have the same rating, even if one of them is worse than the other. Now the customer can't filter or read the reviews for just one item because all products are under the same listing and shows as just different variants as if it's a color or size.
I've made it to rule to leave a negative review for such sellers and mention the reason that they should have different listings.

Yes,one of the biggest problems with Amazon!I have reported it multiple times but they are unable to deal with it.
I came across this in 2019 itself. I think people started realizing now. I was about to order bottle, and in reviews there wer jars glasses curtains 
Yes, I'm noticing that too. And the replacement policy for many products have changed. Have to be very cautious while buying and look through many reviews on multiple side and offline stores before making a purchase.
in the 'all reviews' section, u can check the reviews of particular model by filtering it
