I am posting this topic to tell you the reality of Jio….
I have seen many jio numbers are deactivated yesterday ….
Only in 1 day in my native place I have seen some thousands of numbers deactivated…. Not only old but also already using numbers…..
So by this way some are in trouble….
Because they lost primary numbers….
Check yours …

This is the reason that many users left jio … Mean many are deactivated by jio itself and many are ported out of jio…
Last company in India did this with many users ..
First Reliance next Jio can’t be trusted anymore…..

I have seen many jio numbers are deactivated … Personal experience with friends , relatives …. have seen people visiting jio office to get that number…. But they can’t get once deactivated
….. So jio is not trusted as I have experienced in previous as well… So this is known people experience and proof of jio reality….
So I suggest everyone port out of jio….
Protect your number from being deactivated…..
Even my personal number which is jio… Getting disconnected every day for 10 minutes already told in previous topics…
When I ask jio people getting reply as network issue but seems something is fishy…
So better port out of jio….

i never used jio and don’t like it they destroyed the industry and made youtube trending section tatti ka pahad (mountain of shit) , pre 2016 internet was better but there should be a reason for doing this like commercial activity etc , ps :- most fraud callers switched to jio post 2016 , you know to decrease business expenditure

No such incidents are reported in my city(plus state). All numbers are running fine(active). I think fear mongering is going on here.
I have like 10 Jio connection in family..all prepaid and advance recharged.

As per rule Mobile numbers cant be deactivated if balance more than Rs20 or non-usage less than 90 days(Jio provided free incoming even without recharges….so I doubt they will consider just incoming as usage. I will say if the user dont have active plan for more than 90 days Jio has full right to clean them from the system..atleast genuine users will get better experience )
Jio is evil 😡 as they are kicking free loaders ..btw this cleanup is going on since some time now..overall subscribers are on decline for Jio with increase in VLR/ARPU

bsnl , cheapest way is to do 24rate cutter pack for 30 days ,20p per min call rate , then do a 10rs recharge or as per need.
or do validity recharge for 100min 2/3gb net for whole validity.
for ex 75rs 50 days 100mins 2gb net
why bsnl do not delhi as region in location

I have like 5 jio numbers and I only recharged 2 numbers for the past few years. There is no issue for me, all are working fine.I haven’t heard any issues in my town. I’m from Telangana.
@ op, you only seems to have issues with jio since two years going by your previous posts. All the numbers in your name? There was a website launched by govt officials for reporting unknown numbers attached to individual id. That may have been the reason?

My new no. purchased in dec 21 is also deactivated . plan was till 28dec. cc & that sim agent are saying there is no record for this no 
really? they cannot deactivate if bal is less than 20 rs or till 90 days.

Jio was keeping numbers active even after people stopped recharging for months. As per regulations, these numbers can be deactivated any time. Now it seems they are finally deactivating those numbers. The sharp drop in number of subscribers of Jio last month is an indication of this.
Airtel and VI also stop all services when numbers are not recharged and then deactivate the numbers. So cannot blame Jio for this.

If active numbers getting disconnected on a particular area only possible reason is due to fraud. Check whether these disconnected numbers taken from the same shop. Shop owner probably used the ID and took another number in ur name and use it for fraud. I’ve seen a similar tweet from jio customer care happened to one customer.
Jio seems to be deactivating numbers which are recharged using some illegal means (carding or some other source).
Last month I saw some suspicious links which were doing 100 rupees topup for 60 rupees only. Not sure of the specifics but someone told this, so this might be just another reason for it.

why this not reported in any news portal – tv channels or twitter.
in twitter there should be flood of complaints if 1000s of numbers disconnected without proper reason. But not seeing any complaint as of now.

on twitter complain to jio tagging them on reliancejio and jio care twitter account about your yesterday deactivated account saying my this number is deactivated despite being active and valid recharge also. Let’s see what they give response. Tagg along with them dot and times of india cnn ibn and other news channel. And tell them you are going to approach consumer court about deficiency of service if number is not reactivated immediately.
bro complain on consumer forum you will get your no back, airtel too did this shit to me, i complaint and got the no reissued to me
