p.s – bournvita is okay, but it depends on how many time u drink milk daily
best & cheap option – add cereals , best is corn flakes , if u need sweet then chocos

In this summer, hot milk is not preferred. So make cold coffee, make thandai powder from youtube recipe, milkshakes from various fruits like kiwi, mango, melons, grapes etc

Best is to make milk shakes. There are numerous options – banana, apple, strawberry, mango, cheeku, papaya, anjeer, date(khajoor), dry fruits….all healthy and tasty…will change taste as well as colour.
Other options – haldi, protein powder, coffee, cocoa, rooh afza, thandai, saffron,
You can also make overnight soaked oats (So many recipes on youtube)
If you still don’t like milk, just don’t drink it. It’s good but there are so many other ways of getting good nutrition.

I’m assuming you don’t like natural taste of milk. Same here.
I crush or powder Oreo choco fill biscuits or Bournvita biscuit and add them to milk and mix.
If adding stuff doesn’t make it tasty you can turn it into curd or cottage cheese and eat that.
make cold coffee using nescafe, hershey’s cocoa powder, hershey’s caramel syrup/cheeni or mango shake using safeda or milk + roohafza

I’m not a Sadhguru fanboy but this product is truly superb.

I think no other health drink in india in this budget can offer a healthier option.

Try this and avoid all sugar-added powders as of now
virus infection will spread fast if your throat is infected, and high sugar intake is one of the major reasons for cold and throat infection.
maybe Sanjeevini Multigrain Health Drink is costlier than MNC’s powders and it may not give you dark color as they don’t add additional colors, but compromise your milk color issue for least for 2-3 months and take covid seriously and don’t do any experiments with your body at this time.
You’re luckiest among most of us as you’re having cattle at home.

U hv your own cow/buff. If it’s a desi cow or you are giving green feed (hara chara) to cow/buff. Then it will results in taste nodoubt.
Now u/family have to consume milk & u guys r feed up with milk… Then I suggest best is change form to dahi yogurt & consume as much u can in summers in various forms like butter milk etc… Most probably u guys r already doing it.
Now suggest as per the title is to consume milk plain as much u can instead of these so called healthy packed food try ladoos of various types like cholai etc… Or biscuits like good day Oreo etc.. pour them in warm milk & allow to get melt or u can try with rusk as well.
Try to consume with Shakes like 🥭 🍓 etc… Or thandai as suggested above … Try to prepare homemade….
Lastly assuming u reside in rural area so u can give a try to prepare homemade flakes as well of various grains…
