Mivi Refund Issues (Help Needed)

I had ordered products directly from their website (Never order from their website NEVER EVER). Due to issues, I had to return the product at my own expense (was mentioned earlier so okay about this). But it has been almost three months and they are not able to process a refund and their customer care is pathetic (long call wait times and irregular replies on mail).
Does any dimer know how can I complain in consumer court or do something to get my refund, cause I even tried contacting them via their Twitter Handle?
I know as an individual I can’t do much but I want to teach them a lesson

Try to file a complaint in online complaints forum like pgportal.. You may get any response with their officials mail-id.
