Mobikwik Not refunding failed transaction

I tried to load 2498rs to olamoney using mobikwik amex card.. Transaction failed but amount debited from mobikwik..
Mobikwik keep telling me that amount has already added to your Wallet, which is not true..even after sharing screenshots they are just copy/pasting same response..
What are my options to get my money back..

Same thing happened to me .. I have paid insurance payment using mobikwik amex later insurance got rejected and they refunded the amount, when I contact mobikwik they are saying they didn’t receive .. don’t know what to do..
wait for at least 10 days, MK is very slow

why did u use this card? are u able to burn supercash with AmexBlue?
Yes their support is pathetic , for one of my cc bill failed trxn they took 10+days to refund to bank in the mean while when i contacted support via facebook/help section they gave me answer that amount has been refunded to the wallet even after sending them screenshots of 0 balance in my wallet . I don’t know from which planet these people came from
Auto refund with in 15 days happened with me also
Mobikwik is always a REMOVED. They took 2 months to refund my 8000 last year even after merchant issuing refund long long ago. That too only after raising a complaint along with refund reference number.
