Mobikwik wallet balance can not be used on bill pay?

Looks like mobikwik has disabled use of wallet balance on Payment of utility bills using billpay.
I tried to pay my electric bill but no option to use wallet balance, only upi and cards are visible.
Ps have twice the amount needed to pay the bill in wallet balance.

Try removing any coupon codes, some coupon codes restrict the payment options

If you would’ve posted this on 21st, then I would’ve said this is 1 year old news 
So can’t buy agv or pay electric bill.. what is the next best thing to do with wallet money?
Use Mobikwik Amex card and spend it anywhere else.
Few days back I successfully used wallet balance to pay electricity bill..
I can also pay but that 5% offer not applying
it has been like that from a long time.
